Milwaukee county real estate median price comparison month by month and year over year

Following is a median sale price chart for Milwaukee County real estate, comparing 2010’s median price to 2009’s month by month.  This is a new feature First Weber will provide on a monthly basis, with data from numerous counties across Wisconsin sprinkled into the blog throughout the month. This First Weber blog series will allow you to see the differences between counties and follow the path of median sale prices throughout the year. Milwaukee Counties median price has been fairly steady and is just 5% off last year’s June median price.  Sales in June 2010 were down almost 10% over last year with 749 properties selling in June 2010 versus 830 last year at this time.

Average days on market until sale is up 8% from 93 days to 100.
