Milwaukee Counties median price has been fairly steady and is just 5% off last year’s June median price. Sales in June 2010 were down almost 10% over last year with 749 properties selling in June 2010 versus 830 last year at this time.
Average days on market until sale is up 8% from 93 days to 100.
