2015 expected to be a strong year for real estate: Buy, Sell.

March 10, 2015

Chief economists at realtor.com are expecting a very good year for real estate in 2015 and say the reasons why that will happen boils down to three things:

1. Home sales will increase

2. Prices will increase

3. Mortgage interest rates will increase

“The year of the Millennial”

First time homebuyers are typically the age of 25-34 and there is a very large population in this age group out there. Buying now before prices and rates rise more means spending less long term.  Talk to a First Weber agent about starting the homebuying process now.

Sellers, inventory is needed, especially in affordable ranges for first time home buyers. Time for you to move up? The shortage of inventory has resulted in an increase of multiple offer situations.  Sellers, contact your First Weber agent for a free market analysis and advise on how to get the house ready and set a price with a sale in mind.

First Weber sells real estate throughout Wisconsin: Metro Milwaukee and Southeastern WI, South Central Wisconsin, Southwest Wisconsin, Central Wisconsin, Northeast Wisconsin and Wisconsin’s great Northwoods.
