June real estate sales in Metro Milwaukee show large double digit increases, strongest in many years.

Home sales this June racked up double digit increases over last June, up 23% across the Metro MLS. In fact, all year sales have been strong, will no signs of stopping.  “The demand is still extremely strong,” said Kevin Donnell, president and COO of First Weber Group Southeast WI.  “We haven’t seen any sign of demand slowing down.”

Milwaukee County home sales.

1178 Milwaukee County home sales this June  compared to last June’s 1008.  A increase of 16.9%.

Waukesha County home sales

749 Waukesha County home sales this June  compared to last June’s 622. An increase of 20%

Ozaukee County home sales

181 Ozaukee County home sales this June compared to last June’s 121. An increase of 49%

Washington County home sales

262 Washington County home sales this June compared to last June’s 173. An increase of 50%

 Racine County home sales

317 Racine County home sales this June compared to last June’s 239. An increase of 32%
