First Weber West Bend’s Project Gratitude benefitting local Boys & Girls Club is coming up. Taking donations.

“Project Gratitude” started 10 years ago when First Weber’s West Bend office decided to provide all of the food necessary to prepare a hot Thanksgiving meal at home for the families of members of the Washington County Boys and Girls Club.  Here’s a look at last year’s Project Gratitude event

First 10 families, now 300

The project has grown from 10 families being provided baskets in 2005 to 300 in 2014. This year’s goal remains the same even though the need is increasing. There are over 2300 members of the Washington County Boys and Girls Clubs with locations in Jackson, Kewaskum, Hartford and West Bend. Food is ordered, picked up and delivered to each of the club locations on Monday, November 23rd.

Taking donations… Every dollar goes directly to feeding the families

The cost to provide each family with the food is approximately $40.00. Every dollar raised goes directly to feeding the families. Anyone wishing to help with this important project may send a check made out to the Washington County Boys and Girls Club and mailed to Terri Fredrich at 1720 Clarence Court West Bend, WI 3095 or contact Terri at 414-588-0116 for further information. Thank you in advance for helping to once again make this project a success.

On behalf of families and members of the Washington County Boys and Girls Club and all of us at First Weber, a huge thank you for your generous support.
