Pride of the Foundation awards: Tomah and Lake Country

February 14, 2017

Each year we recognize several deserving offices with “The Pride of The Foundation” award for their local fundraising efforts and for involving the First Weber Foundation  in order to receive grants or matching funds toward the events.

The 2016 Pride of the Foundation winners are:

Tomah

This office raised funds for two years to sponsor a community Energi Park in their community.  After that, they went on to hold a fundraiser for Veterans Assistance and sponsored a Santa Fun Run.  Way to get involved, Tomah!

Lake Country

The Lake Country office made a difference in their community by raising a phenomenal amount of money to support Blessings in a Backpack  – because hunger does not take the weekend off. This organization provides food for kids over the weekends when food is scarce at home and the weekday hot lunches are not available.

Thank you for choosing such great causes.  These activities take a lot of planning and effort and we applaud you!

Together, we are making a meaningful difference in the lives of many.
