Agents Cindy Fleming, Barb McGill and Shar Borg represented their fellow women and First Weber at the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors “WOMEN STRONG” conference. Discussions at the conference included talks on how women are changing leadership roles, work-life balance, time management, being OK with saying “no”, and how to practice gratitude. All in all, it was an excellent, well-attended event.
