Wisconsin Real Estate Report – November 2019

Let’s take a look at how the Wisconsin housing market is shaking up! Compared to November of 2018, the number of home sales in November 2019 was 6,445, which was a slight drop of 0.8%. Statewide listings were down 6.8% to 27,189 while the median single-family home price rose 6.5% to $194,000. Houses were selling quicker this November compared to last November. On average, homes are on the market for 91 days, which is 6.2% less time than November of 2018.
