We have had our beautiful country home plus 35 acres listed for just over one year with a local realtor. The listing is # 518712 on the Wisconsin Listing Network. Our property listing is to expire very soon.There have been limited showings of this property and most of these were from local prospective buyers. We feel that because of the quality of the home, the spectacular valley view, the peaceful,serene country living opportunity with lots of wildlife and nearby trout fishing and the 35 acres, this offering needs the attention of someone from the larger cities. We do not feel that market is being challenged at the present time. The stone, cedar and stucco home is in top condition, built in 1992 and has a new roof in late 2007. This is an offering that someone has been searching for, so how do we get their attention? There is signage on Hwy 18, at the property and over 200 brochures have been taken from the box in front of the property. We do not need to sell our home, but have reasons for making this offering available. Any suggestions as to how we can get more showings to the right buyers please reply. Thanks
