Do you wish you had a little guy like this in your neighborhood? I do. Good for him! I also live on a 25 speed limit street that gets abused. I live near a high school and most of the speeding seems to be done by the young drivers. Give them some tickets early on in their driving careers and maybe, just maybe they will learn something from it. It takes a lot of hours working at the hardware store or McDonalds to pay a ticket of $100 (or whatever a speeding ticket costs these days )
