Countertop "news"

Granite falling out of favor?! Interesting article about what's the next big thing in countertops found at the zillow blog. I can imagine people remodeling now may be considering newer choices in addition to the popular granite but I can't imagine anyone scoffing at an existing kitchen with beautiful granite counters. At least not in Wisconsin, and not yet! What do you think?

The "National foreclosure crisis" isn't really national.

When you hear national news of soaring forclosures, do you think Wisconsin is in the same boat? Although Wisconsin foreclosures are up, 3 states account for more than half the foreclosures in the United States. This is an insightful article on the subject.

What do you do when you only see ONE?

When you look at listings online, are multiple pictures/tours important to you? Will you even bother clicking into a property that only has one picture?
