The newspapers have made big news of the sagging real estate market and flat home sales – but in fact, "Days on Market" are not much different than they used to be. Wise buyers will read that after the correction, prices are CORRECT. Sellers have priced tight and right and know that homes in tip top shape will sell. I remember when I bought my first home–it was a seller’s market to be sure and it was hard to find something decent in our price range. The buyer bargains are out there now. Makes me want to buy a house!
