REAL TRENDS February issue of the PULSE publication stated that 67% of survey respondants ( approximately 750 real estate industry leaders from all 50 states) said that they strongly agree or somewhat agree that their local market has seen improvement. Only 14% disagreed or strongly disagreed with seeing signs of improvement.
Comments show an increase in activity including increasing buyer inquiries, increasing open house traffic and relocation.
