Madison, Wisconsin makes another top ten list: 2009 Best Cities. Kiplingers Personal Finance believes that Madison will suffer less than other cities and will have a head start when the economic recovery begins. Let’s hope they are right and that Madison, Wisconsin home buying and selling starts the ball really rolling through the rest of Wisconsin too! I have heard several people say some multiple offer situations are occuring – when a seller gets more than one offer on a home at the same time. A dream come true for sellers at any time, but especially refreshing now.
