Veteran agent shares insight into the “Offer to Purchase” process

April 5, 2010

Cindy Fleming, the top agent for First Weber in Southeastern Wisconsin, shares her expertise in this jsonline article about making an offer to purchase on a home.  Terms, earnest money, contingencies and counter offers are discussed.  If you are new to home buying, you’ll learn a lot from this veteran agent who states "Very few offers come together the first time through, unless they’re very clean-cut."  "Once the offer comes together the timeline moves pretty quickly," Fleming said.

That’s good news. If you get an Accepted Offer by April 30, you may qualify for the first time buyer or repeat buyer tax credit.

Attend an open house this weekend for a first hand look at some really good real estate deals.  Open houses are also posted and searchable at firstweber.com. Most of our open houses are posted by Wednesday afternoon.

We’d love to help you write an offer to purchase this weekend!
