Madison, WI named top earth-friendly city; Stevens Point named top town for recreation

Stevens Point, WI is the county seat of Portage County and was named for its founder who had a grocery store on a point on the Wisconsin River. The Ice Age Trail winds through Stevens Point and 20 parks.
