Waukesha County residential real estate median sale price compared to last year

The Waukesha County Median Sale price has been up and down this year, with a 10.9% surge in June. July’s numbers are coming out shortly and we’ll see what happened to the median sale price that month.

In terms of sales, there were 434 sales in Waukesha County in June. That is up slightly form last year June’s 423.  Year to date, closed home sales in Waukesha County are up 19%.

The average amount of days on market in Waukesha County is 92 days.

There are currently 2758 homes for sale in Waukesha County and 872 condos.  Source Metro Milwaukee MLS
