Ozaukee County median sale prices have mirrored last year. Year to date through July, the median sale price is down 2.2% in Ozaukee County to $220,000.
Closed sales in July were off quite a bit from July 2009. This is disappointing, but not a surprise. 58 properties closed in July versus 101 last year. Year to date closed sales in Ozaukee County are up 16.2%. There are currently 710 single family properties for sale in Ozaukee County, 10% more than last year. Source Metro MLS
