The Grant County real estate market is in good shape. The number of sales (23) in September 2010 was the same as last September and higher than the September before that. There are currently 274 residential listings for sale compared to 290 this time last year. Grant County does not seem to have the supply and demand issues many Wisconsin counties do – where the number of houses for sale keeps growing as sales slip.
