South Central 2010 Wisconsin real estate update from First Weber Group

January 20, 2011

December, 2010 real estate sales beat December, 2009 by 4% yet overall, the South Central Wisconsin real estate marketplace finished the year down 7%. Despite the small dip in sales, prices remain relatively stable.  We look forward to 2011 with modest optimism. Now remains a very good time to buy for those who have the confidence and finacial means to take advantage of historically affordable real estate market conditions in Wisconsin.
