Looking for a fun thing to do in the Washington County area? Well, get in the car, roll the windows down (or crank up the air if that suits you better) and take a drive to West Bend to see secret gardens at the West Bend "Secret Garden" tour on Saturday, July 9 from 9-3. The tour is held by the West Bend Beautification Committee which is a non-profit organization that has been active for the last 20 years in promoting and preserving the natural beauty of West Bend.
Why "Secret Gardens"? This Garden Tour of West Bend is different in that it allows you to tour backyard gardens you normally would not get to see. This tour will have six secret gardens open for touring and features a variety of gazebos, ponds, birdhouses and, of course, flower and vegetable gardens.
