There is so much to consider, and the unglamorous things like gutters do matter! Worth a read if you are out looking at homes. And the buyers sure are out there!
Our showing reports show us that in several regions of Wisconsin, Northwoods and North Central Wisconsin, June showings of First Weber listings are at a six year high. South Central and Northeast Wisconsin’s June showings are the best in 3 years and Southeast Wisconsin June showings are just slightly off last year. The agents report of being very busy.
