With the significant increase in sales during the first 3 quarters of the year and evidence of multiple offers leading to price increases on many properties, we expected to see prices appreciate across the board in Greater Milwaukee. However, only Waukesha County showed any price appreciation, 0.5%, in the 3rd Quarter in the 4-county area. Walworth County did see a large 6% increase in prices in the quarter. Data source Metro MLS
