Sales up 27.8%, median sale price up 3.8%
Central Wisconsin/Wausau area real estate sales:
Sales up 30.5%, median sale price up 5.6%
Northwoods Wisconsin/Rhinelander area real estate sales:
Sales up 27.5%, median sale price up 1.8%
