South Central Wisconsin home sales continue to be very strong

For the entire South Central region of Wisconsin, sales are 24% ahead of 2011. In all regions, this October’s sales matched or outpaced sales last October. Median prices are down slightly. This can be attributed to a higher percentage of home sales under $200,000.
