Things have changed pretty rapidly and the tables have turned to be more balanced, even leaning to the sellers advantage sometimes.  In years past, buyers could take their time, make whatever offer they wanted and know that there would be plenty of homes to choose from, as the image suggests.  That is no longer the real estate reality in Wisconsin.

Move quickly, be preapproved, make a solid offer because you may very well have competition for the home you want.  This is different from years past and we wanted you to be aware so you do not lose out on the home you fell in love with.
