All Metro Milwaukee area counties had a great month of home sales

Here’s a look at sales by County in the Milwaukee area (source Metro MLS)

Milwaukee County home sales

September 2013: 829 vs September 2012: 693. A 19.6% increase.

 

Waukesha County home sales

September 2013: 434 vs September 2012: 387. A 12% increase.

 

Ozaukee County home sales

September 2013: 94 vs September 2012: 78. A 20% increase.

 

Washington County home sales

September 2013: 127 vs September 2012: 117. A 8.5% increase.

 

 Racine County home sales

September 2013: 199 vs September 2012: 186. A 7% increase.

 

 

Now could be the best time to list and maybe move up.  Interest rates remain good, but they are predicted to continue to rise.
