The summer selling season in Wisconsin was very busy and we continue going strong into fall with almost 16% more sales this September compared to the same time last year.  We are well on our way to a banner year. Wisconsin home sales have now been up for 27 straight months and prices have been up for all but one of the last 19 months.

Housing in Wisconsin remains affordable as measured by the Housing Affordablility index of 222, but it is quite a bit below last September’s affordability index of 257.
