On Sunday April 27 the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PANCAN) held its annual Purple Stride walk/run at Warner Park in Madison.
The First Weber Foundation sponsored the event with a $3,000 donation and the “First Weber Goes Purple” team (pictured here) raised an additional $1,200 which the Foundation matched making a total Foundation donation of $5,400.
As you can see from the photo, the weather was awful, but the turnout was fantastic. In total over $220,000 was raised for this event.
