Existing home sales in Wisconsin increased slightly and so did the median sale price. Showing highest gains were the North and Central regions. “This is a welcome sign since June is our most important month for sales,” said Steve Lane, chairman of the WRA board of directors. Inventory levels and foreclosures appear to have steadied, with foreclosures being down over 20% from last June.
