The kick off to the First Weber Manager’s retreat in the Dells January 2015 was a surprise presentation to CEO Jim Imhoff by the Department of Defense office of ESGR which stands for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. Jim was nominated by agent Robert Helbing, currently deployed, for recognition of the support provided to he and his family by Jim and First Weber.
Quite the honor! Jim was gracious to share the credit with other members of First Weber who bring ideas to him. Jim is the leader that makes them come to life. We’re all very proud!
