Metro Milwaukee real estate update for February 2015

Home sales in the metro Milwaukee area were stable in February, typically one of the slower months for home sales.

498 Milwaukee County home sales this February vs 519 in February 2014.  A decrease of 4%.

Waukesha County home sales

245 Waukesha County home sales this February vs 210 in February 2014. An increase of 16.7%

Ozaukee County home sales

49 Ozaukee County home sales this February vs  48 in February 2014. An increase of 2%

Washington County home sales

73 Washington County home sales this February vs 86 in February 2014. A decrease of 15%

 Racine County home sales

138 Washington County home sales this February vs 123 in February 2014. An increase of 12%
