Many buyers and sellers do research online before contacting a real estate agent, just as many people use Web MD to try and figure out what ailment they have. That is perfectly fine – pretty great actually. But while you can get information online, that’s about it.  You’ll still need a medical professional. And in the real estate example here, the need for the Human Side of Real Estate kicks in.  That’s what First Weber Group is here for. We are not an online company, although we have an online presence. We have real offices across Wisconsin with real people with Wisconsin real estate licenses in those offices and out in our communities. (Real estate laws vary by state so local knowledge is imperative.)

Researching the price, determining buying power, or locating a home online at a local website such as firstweber.com or a national portal such as trulia or zillow is basically step one.  You need the Human Side of Real Estate to actually make it through the whole buying or selling process.

Contact First Weber Group for more than just information… you’ll see the Human Side of Real Estate in action.

First Weber sells real estate throughout Wisconsin: Metro Milwaukee and Southeastern WISouth Central Wisconsin/Greater Madison, Southwestern Wisconsin, Central WisconsinNortheast Wisconsin and Wisconsin’s great Northwoods. You can start searching for Wisconsin real estate and Wisconsin real estate agents at firstweber.com
