Metro Milwaukee area home sales in July are up 12.1% over last year at this time. 2199 homes were sold last month compared to 1962 last July.
From GMAR release: “The housing market is functioning very efficiently. Buyers are out in force and are very active. Sellers are pricing their homes correctly, with many homes in “move in” condition receiving multiple offers. Overall, the market seems to be balanced.”

Ozaukee County home sales
172 Ozaukee County home sales this July compared to last July’s 135. An increase of 27.4%
Washington County home sales
236 Washington County home sales this July compared to last July’s 181. An increase of 30.4%
Racine County home sales
254 Racine County home sales this July compared to last July’s 226. An increase of 12.4%
