Metro Milwaukee real estate sales up 5% in November

Rising Sales

Metro Milwaukee area home sales in November are up 5.0% over last year at this time. This marks the tenth month of positive sales this year.  1182 homes were sold last month compared to 1126 last November.

We are enjoying a busy fall, where sales typically start to slow down. Because of the limited inventory situations seen in many local markets, buyers need to be in contact with their agent and be ready to move forward quickly when they find “the one.”
