Wisconsin on pace to exceed 75,000 home sold for the year

“We expected positive growth in 2015, but this has definitley exceeded our expectations,” said K.C. Mauer, WRA board chairman. “The last time we sold that many homes was in 2005 when just over 75,000 homes were sold,” said Mauer

Home value increases exceed inflation

“Median home prices increased 7.1% in 2013, 3.1% in 2014 and 5.4% so far this year,” noted Michael Theo, WRA President and CEO. “Home values have significantly outpaced inflation over the last three years, giving homeowners a great return on investment.”
