Ozaukee County home sales
79 Ozaukee County homes sold this month compared to last March’s 102. A decrease of 22.5% Median sale price up 3.2%
Washington County home sales
154 Washington County homes sold this month compared to last March’s 134. An increase of 14.9% Median sale price down 4%
Racine County home sales
213 Racine County homes sold this month compared to last March’s 182. An increase of 17%. Median sale price down 10.7%
