1,331 Ozaukee County home sales this year compared to last year ’s 1,266. An increase of 5.1%
Median sales price up 5.1% to $262,700.
Washington County home sales
2,036 Washington County home sales this year compared to last year ’s 1,960. An increase of 3.9%
Median sales price up 2% tp $210,000.
Racine County home sales
2,771 Racine County home sales this year compared to last year ’s 2,568. An increase of 7.9%
Median sales price up 8.6% to $152,000.
