We ended 2016 on a strong note – busy all through fall. And the year-end numbers are truly impressive – a record year with 81,000 units sold across the state. Solid sales performance was seen in every region of Wisconsin from gains in the 3.5% range in the Central region to 7.8% in the North.

- Median prices rose almost 6% over last year – now at $165,000.

29,242 homes sold in Southeast Wisconsin in 2016, a 7.2% increase over last year. Median sales price up 4.2 to $175,000.
