Metro Milwaukee real estate market: Low listing inventory = Seller’s Market

Metro Milwaukee real estate sales continue to rise as inventory falls – The market is very tight and it is hard on home buyers who have got to jump at the few opportunities available. 

Still a seller’s market out there.

Milwaukee County home sales
Sales up 8.3% over last April
Median sales price up 5.2% to $154,700
Days on market are now at 47 days, down 13% compared to last April.

Waukesha County home sales
Sales down 2.7% from last April
Days on market is at 44 days, down 26% compared to last April
Median sales price down 1.7% % to $285,000

Ozaukee County home sales
Sales up 10% over last April
Days on market are now at 43 days, down 42% compared to last April
Median sale price even at $287,000

Washington County home sales
Sales down 6.8% compared to last April
Days on market are now at 60days, up 11% compared to last April
Median sales price up 15.4% to $240,000

Racine County home sales
Sales down 13% compared to last April
Days on market are now at 39 days, down 40% compared to last April
Median sales price up 1% to $169,900
