First Weber Inc., has named Nancy K Smith to the position of Executive Director of the First Weber Foundation. Smith, a licensed Realtor since 1997, has been with First Weber since 2001, serving as selling agent and office manager. Smith has been active with the Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin and has accumulated many awards for both production and her contributions as a Realtor member and volunteer.
Smith has served on the Boards of Directors of the REALTOR Association of South Central Wisconsin, REALTOR Association of Southwest Wisconsin, Iowa County Humane Society, Family Advocates, and the Dodgeville Area Chamber of Commerce, as well as a past member of the Iowa County Economic Development Committee and the City of Dodgeville Economic Development Committee.
In 2021 Smith completed a digital marketing certification program offered by the University of Wisconsin-Madison as a way to better promote the agents and offices and the non-profits that we serve.
The First Weber Foundation is the charitable arm of First Weber Inc. and was incorporated in 2006 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization to expand First Weber’s commitment to strengthen our communities through charitable contributions and volunteer leadership.
Since its inception, the Foundation has donated more than $3 Million Dollars and partnered with more than 900 non-profit organizations around Wisconsin to improve the lives of our neighbors and the places that we call home.
