Wisconsin real estate sales increased 3% in March, the 21st month of increases. “This is the highest sales volume we’ve seen in March since before the Great Recession began,” said Renny Diedrich, Chariman of the Wisconsin Realtors Association Board of Directors. Overall, Wisconsin’s median sales price grew 9.7% compared with last March. It is great to see that. A lack of inventory of homes for sale is helping boost prices.
Double digit growth compared to previous years will be declining because last year was also a recovery year. The Wisconsin real estate market remains strong.
