What’s going on in the changing real estate business in Wisconsin? A lot. Several Wisconsin companies are merging, some are changing names. (Rountree Realty, Platteville, WI has recently joined First Weber Group, for example.) Some, like First Weber Group are developing and using new technologies to be more efficient and take new routes to market real estate. An article on the Wausau Daily Herald here outlines some of those changes, including the way of smart phones, mobility and texting have changed to meet the needs of the changing consumer.
