South Central Wisconsin Quarterly real estate statistics – what’s happening?

Yes, sales prices are down a bit. The type of property sold has an effect on that since these are median numbers. With the recent tax credit, more first time buyer homes, typically on the lower end of the spectrum, have sold which lowers the median price.
