Karl Case of Standard & Poor’s Case Shiller House Price Index wrote an op-ed piece in the New York Times about A Dream Home after all, and says buying a house now can make a lot of sense.

Money Talks

Nationally in the second quarter of 2010, the 1+ million market is up 6% over last year at this time when other price points are down. Read this KCM blog article entitled the Luxury market is not coming back,  IT IS BACK

Fannie Mae and their national housing survey

70% of those surveyed think it is a good time to buy, up 6 points from January.  36% of those believe it is a very good time to buy. See the national survey here.
