64 new properties came on the market in August 2010. There are now a total of 390 properties for sale in Green County, which is a beautiful part of Wisconsin. Over the last 8 years of August stat tracking, anywhere from 32-48 homes sold in the month of August. This year, that number is down a bit to 25 sold.
The median price remains good, coming in at $137,000 this month. Source SCWMLS
