Lake Country’s Take Your Dog to Work Day & First Weber Foundation raises over $2000 for Humane Society

Lake Country Office Second Annual “Take Your Dog to Work Day” is a Huge Success!!

Thanks to all of our sponsors, participants, and organizers who helped to make our Second Annual "Take Your Dog to Work Day" an ever bigger success than the first!  Through entry fees, raffle tickets, donations, and a “hot dog” cookout, we raised over $1,100 for the Humane Animal Welfare Society of Waukesha County!  The First Weber Foundation will be matching these funds, for a total donation to HAWS of over $2,200!

We would like to sincerely thank the following businesses for their participation and generous donations in support of this wonderful day:

Canine Campus Pet Resort

The Doggy Bag

End of the Leash

Volunteers from HAWS attended with the Mobile Adoption Center, and served as our contest judges for the day.  Pictured below is Gladys, a three-month old beagle-mix pup, who pulled out all of the stops to convince Emily Guirlinger to adopt her!
