As part of the 2011-2012 Heart of WisconsinCommunity Leadership Program, there was a contest called the People’s Choice of South Wood County. The purpose of this contest was to promote local businesses and services within the Greater South Wood County areas of Wisconsin Rapids,Grand Rapids, Pittsville, Port Edwards, Nekoosa, Rudolph, Vesper, Biron and Town of Rome
Throughout the month of March, residents could vote for their area “favorite” in 25 different categories, one of the categories being “Favorite Real Estate Agency”. First Weber Group was the proud recipient of The 2012 People’s Choice of South Wood County in this category.
