Barb has been a licensed broker since 1977, specializing in Buyer Brokerage and Senior Real Estate. Barb’s credentials include holding the position of VP of Training and Personnel Development for First Weber, being a Certified Senior instructor with the Wisconsin Realtors Association, serving as Director of the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors, being a member of the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors Ethics and Arbitration Board and a License Law Task Force member for the state of Wisconsin.
Twice, Barb was named Instructor of the Year by the Wisconsin Realtors Association. In 2007, she was awarded the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors Dedicated Service Award and in 2012 she was awarded the same for the Wisconsin Realtors Association.
Always a fan of education, Barb holds numerous real estate designations including Accedited Buyer Representative (ABR), Accredited Buyer Representative Manager (ABRM), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Real Estate Broker Manager (CRB), Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), and a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
