Pace of Milwaukee area home sales approaching pre-recession levels. Listings needed.

It is now the 21st month of home sale increases in the Milwaukee area and the tide is turning.  We are seeing situations of multiple offers on homes for sale because the listing inventory is down.  Since the beginning of the year, there have been 6300 new listings taken versus 7400 in 2012 and 7000 in 2011.  Hundreds less homes for buyers to choose from creates competition and is a welcome change for sellers.  Properties still need to be presented well so do your decluttering and price it right to be the home that all the buyers want!

It is time to get your home on the market. Buyers are out now.  One of our agents did a great post: for buyers, spring is RIGHT NOW.  See real estate for sale all over Wisconsin at firstweber.com.  Now could be the best time to list and maybe move up.  Interest rates remain great.
