Milwaukee area home sales back to year 2000 levels.
From the GMAR:
July sales of homes in the Metropolitan Milwaukee market increased 18.7% compared to a year earlier. In the 4-County area there were a total of 1,978 homes sold in July, compared to 1,666 in July of 2012.

Each of the four metropolitan counties saw a healthy increase in sales in July, led by a 134-unit gain in Waukesha County. In Milwaukee County there were 92 additional sales from 2012, 58 in Washington County and 28 more in Ozaukee County.
The cumulative level of sales through July 2013 put the Milwaukee market at the same level last seen in the early 2000s.
